A small idea, born from love, hardship, and the quiet routines of caregiving.

It wasn’t built in a boardroom or planned on a whiteboard. Anzencare began with something simple: my monthly trip to buy supplies for my mum.

Adult diapers. Wipes. Underpads. A gentle lotion for her skin.

It became a routine — one that felt like a small way to care, even though I couldn’t be there every day. But as time passed, that routine started to feel overwhelming. Sometimes I’d forget. Sometimes I’d be too busy. And sometimes, it just slipped my mind because life got in the way — work, stress, travel, time. And I don’t live with her, so when I forgot... she went without. And she never complained.

My mum has been living with Multiple System Atrophy (MSA) for over 17 years — a rare, progressive neurological condition that slowly takes away your body’s ability to move, to balance, to speak, and even to control basic bodily functions.

She used to be so strong — the kind of mother who never asked for help. Now she’s fully paralyzed. Bedridden. And completely dependent on the people around her.

And yet... she still smiles. She still says thank you. She still tries to make everyone else feel at ease.

That’s the kind of quiet strength that inspires Anzencare.

I realized if I, someone who knows exactly what my mum needs, could still forget and fall behind — how many others must be silently struggling too? Families with good intentions, doing their best — but getting lost in the busyness of life.

That’s why I created Anzencare.

A monthly box filled with elderly care essentials — the kind of things we often overlook, but our parents need every single day. Packed thoughtfully. Delivered consistently. Not just to help with logistics, but to give peace of mind. To offer dignity. To bring relief. To say, “You’re not alone.”

Anzencare is for anyone trying to care for an aging parent or grandparent, especially when you can't always be there in person. It's for the moments you wish you could do more, even when you're already doing your best.

This isn’t just a business. It’s personal. Every box is a reflection of what I’ve learned — and what I wish someone had created for me years ago.

So from my family to yours — welcome to Anzencare. Let’s make caring simpler, together.
